How to Control Your Stress- A Mind/Body Group:

This group is for individuals who want to learn how stress affects our mental health and what we can do about it.  Too much stress is bad for our mental as well as our physical health. With a little practice, techniques such as deep breathing and progressive muscle relaxation can help you to reduce high stress levels. If you feel stressed and would like to find your inner peace during stressful times, then this is the right group for you.

Registration for each group is open now.  Sign up now by calling 718-808-1360 and letting our front desk staff know which group(s) you would like to join.  All services are free of charge!
