                We Need YOUR Help!

The Staten Island LGBT Center is putting together a resource directory of

LGBT-friendly, sensitive and knowledgeable health care providers

(doctors, nurse practitioners, chiropractors, dentists, therapists, social

workers and other practitioners who offer health and wellness services) who

practice on  Staten Island – and we need YOUR help!

If you utilize, have utilized in the past, or know of a health or mental health

practitioner whom you think fits this description, please tell us their name

and the type of service they provide by clicking here.  Any personal

information you disclose to us will be kept completely confidential.

We will contact the providers whose names we receive and ask if they want

to be included in our resource directory.  We will then send them a

questionnaire to find out more about them.  This questionnaire will not

identify you as the person who named them.  It will simply state that they

have been identified as a health care provider who has served LGBT

people on Staten Island.

When complete, our resource directory will help LGBT individuals, couples

and families on Staten Island gain access to health care providers who are

LGBT-friendly and knowledgeable. It will also allow us to financially

support those providers who are LGBT-friendly.
